As she stood in the lobby of her downtown building in Havre, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at around 4:45 p.m., a 92-year-old woman was approached by a man claiming to be a water agent. He made her believe that he had to intervene in his accommodation. Once at his home, the man carried out some manipulations on the taps.
Her gold jewelry is gone
It was only after she left that the nonagenarian realized that her gold jewelry, located in her wardrobe, had disappeared. The investigation was entrusted to the urban security of Le Havre. The individual has not yet been arrested.
