Fabrice Tourres is also the great-grandson of the founder of the Graville glassworks, sold to the Saverglass group in 2000. It was this same year that he launched Univerre, his bottle trading company which quickly expanded to cover the entire packaging chain. His company exports 90% of its production to around forty countries and generates 4.4 million euros in turnover from around a hundred customers.

A former student of the Saint-Joseph institution in Le Havre and of the executive school, Fabrice Tourres succeeds Alain Adam, former manager of Paganetti, who served two terms as president of the Medef Seine Estuaire. The founder and manager of Univerre beat out a second candidate, Hervé Drieu, vice-president of the Medef Seine Estuary and manager of Clemajob.
