Sad discovery this Monday, February 13. A little before 12 p.m., the fire brigade was called to intervene at the level of the Cap de la Hève in Sainte-Adresse, near Le Havre.
A woman in her thirties was found dead at the bottom of the cliffs. He was then airlifted.
A backpack found at the top of the cliffs
The alert was given to firefighters after the discovery of a backpack at the top of the cliffs, probably belonging to the young woman.
The latter came out of Pierre-Janet psychiatric hospitalwithout having warned, specifies the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (Sdis).
In total, 15 firefighters intervened at the scene of the tragedy. the helicopter Dragon 76 was also mobilized.
For the time being, the thesis of suicide seems privileged, the Sdis evoking a victim who “threw from the top of the cliff”. The police investigation will have to confirm or deny that.
