Traffic prohibited from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the Pont de l’Europe, on the Place du 11-Novembre, as well as on the Quai André Pinçon, rue de Strasbourg, on the Pont Aristide Briand and on the Quai Jéhan Fouquet.
