Nemo, the big winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, is expected on Sunday, September 15 for a show on the Place des Pionnières, (formerly Place Centrale). The Young Gods, Flèche Love, Phanee de Pool & Le Pocket Symphonik, Slimka and Gjon’sTears will also perform in this venue, “flagship of the event which can accommodate up to 4000 people”.
Other expected concerts include Zurich group Annie Taylor and her indie rock, trumpeter Erik Truffaz and his cinematic jazz, and composer Sara Oswald and her sound mapping. The BlattWerk Quintett, a reed ensemble, will offer both classical and contemporary performances.

In terms of contemporary music, the public will have the opportunity to listen to various talents including La Nefera, Coilguns, Baby Volcano and Obliecht.
In terms of creations, Zurich pianist Christoph Stiefel will present “Fluidium”, specially created for Label suisse in collaboration with the Lausanne and Lucerne Music Schools. Another unique musical project, the Harmonie Lausannoise will join forces with the Bernese pioneers of Balkan brass Traktorkestar, former companions of Stephan Eicher.
La Ferme des Tilleuls will host the screening of the film “The Wonder Way” by Emmanuelle Antille, followed by a performance by singer and guitarist Laure Betris.
To extend the festivities, afterparties will be organized every evening.
