1870 tests of the new coronovirus disease Covid-19 were performed last day, eight new cases were registered, Center for Disease Prevention and Control (SPKC).

A total of 167,480 examinations were performed in Latvia, 1,173 persons became ill and 1019 recovered, and 30 people died.
The SPKC also reports that there are no inpatients with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
In total, three patients are currently being treated in Latvian hospitals: two patients with moderate disease and one patient with severe disease. So far, 183 patients have been discharged from the hospital, according to the data of the National Health Service.
