On the evening of September 24, in Kiev, on the summer terrace of one of the cafes on Antonovich Street, a visitor was attacked, who was sitting at a table with friends. An inadequate passer-by, who was walking down the street in a completely naked state, suddenly grabbed a discarded bottle from an urn and smashed it on the head of a 26-year-old boy.
This was reported by on Facebook GU National Police in the Kiev region. The victim managed to jump up and run away to a safe distance, where the ambulance doctors provided him with the necessary assistance (to watch the video, scroll the page to the end).
As it turned out, the culprit of the incident was a resident of the Zhytomyr region born in 2003. Already being in the regional department, he could not give an explanation why he did this and why he walked around the capital completely naked. Previously, he was under the influence of drugs.

For violation of public order and hooliganism, the detainee faces up to seven years in prison, according to Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Now the court has determined a measure of restraint for him in the form of house arrest.
As reported OBOZREVATEL, a man in an extremely agitated and aggressive state made a brawl at one of the Kiev metro stations, due to which the movement of trains was temporarily stopped.
