According to available data, the mother of the injured girl turned to law enforcement officers. She said that an unknown person molested her daughter in one of the unfinished buildings on Georgy Gongadze Avenue.
Soon law enforcement officers established the identity of the attacker and the circumstances of the incident.

The detainee turned out to be a 32-year-old resident of Kiev, who was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility. He is charged with the corruption of minors (part 2 of article 156 of the Criminal Code). The sanction of the article provides for from five to eight years in prison.
In addition, they intend to charge the attacker under the article on involving minors in drunkenness (part 2 of article 304 of the Criminal Code), for which he faces up to ten years in prison.
