Police arrived at the scene and observed two men. One of them had captured one of the young men who had fallen to the ground. The rapporteur explained that the other demolisher had managed to escape. The policeman lifted the captured offender and recognized him.

The 13-year-old had previously been brought to the attention of the police for similar offenses. A drunk teenager could not speak clearly, so he could not explain the reasons for his actions.

During the conversation, the rapporteur noticed another young man hiding behind nearby cars. Together with a police officer, the second teenager was caught, detained and brought back to the scene. The other young man was also heavily intoxicated, as evidenced by his incoherent speech, swaying, and the smell of alcohol from his breath. Examination of personal data revealed that he is only a year older.

It has been decided to call the Emergency Medical Service to assess the health of young people (NMPD). While waiting for the medics to arrive, the public transport stop indicated by the rapporteur was inspected, but no damage was found. After a while, when the doctors arrived at the scene, it was decided to hospitalize one of the young people. The other young man, in turn, was taken to the emergency department, where he started vomiting heavily. Consequently, NMPD employees were recalled. Shortly afterwards, it was decided to hospitalize the other young man.

At the same time, an attempt was made to inform the mothers of both teenagers about the incident, one of whom was called. During the phone call, the woman said that she had gone on a trip outside the city and planned to return home in a week.

Due to the fact that none of the young people had reached the age of 16 to be alone in a public place without parental supervision after 10 pm, administrative violation investigation cases were initiated. The case materials were forwarded to the employees of the RPP Children’s Offense Prevention Division for the assessment of the responsibility of adolescents and their parents who came to the attention of the police.

RPP added that due to the hospitalization of both young people, it was not possible to immediately determine the degree of intoxication with an alcohol meter at the scene, but after the clinically determined alcohol intoxication in a medical institution, the responsibility of adolescents for alcohol intoxication and hooligan activities will be assessed.
