BEIJING – Recently, Huawei has announced the latest version of its operating system, HarmonyOS 2.0.
Even though it was just announced, the number of products that were upgraded to the new OS turned out to have crossed the 10 million mark in just a week, as reported by Gizmochina, Friday (11/6/2021).
With the release HarmonyOS , the Chinese tech giant also announced a number of smartphone models and other products that will receive this update
According to a QQ report, this news originally came from several users who reported it that the company managed to bring more than 10 million devices to the new operating system.
But now, a member of Huawei’s internal staff seems to have made the news official and confirmed this report.
To date, it is estimated that there are around 200 million smartphones from this brand circulating around the world.
Also, most of these models will be eligible for an upgrade to the newly launched HarmonyOS.
So, it is expected that the number will increase even further as more models qualify for the update the OS.
