Benedek Tomcsányi made the most of his floor exercise. “I think I managed to put myself there, I qualified with a particularly good practice, the goal is to repeat the same in the final. I’m competing this one time in Antalya, so I’ll have a day of rest before the final,” said Benedek Tomcsányi.
Federal coach Mariann Botyánszky evaluated the women’s qualifier as follows: “The girls could already feel during the podium training that everyone arrived in Antalya prepared and ready for action. Gréta Mayer made it to the final with confidence, as did Sára Péter. The Hungarians also competed well in the half barrier, both Gréta Mayer and Lilla Makai had minor inaccuracies in the qualifiers, overall they presented good exercises.”
