Israeli authorities say there are no officials on board and the plane took off from the country to avoid becoming a target of Iranian attacks.
Last night, the Iranian army, along with pro-Iranian paramilitary groups in Lebanon and Yemen, launched a “retaliation strike” in response to the shelling of the Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria, where seven senior Iranian elite special forces officers were killed. As a result of the shelling, about two hundred kamikaze drones were launched and at the time of writing the news, planned missile launches were recorded.
Closer to 23:00, information appeared that the so-called “Wing of Zion” board, also known as the “doomsday plane” or “Air Force One,” was lifted into the air for the first time and left Israel. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was believed to be on board. However, Israeli authorities denied the information, noting that there were no officials on board, and they only wanted to save the plane from shelling.
Later, footage emerged of the Israeli military-political cabinet meeting at the Israeli Ministry of Defense complex, presumably in a bunker where a meeting was being held on the situation with Iranian shelling.
In addition, the Commander of the United States Army Central Command, Mike Kurilla, left Tel Aviv, having arrived on Thursday to coordinate the Israeli authorities on the planned “retaliation strike” against Iran.
It is noteworthy that Iranian authorities recommended that the United States of America stay away from the situation with the shelling of Israel.
