In the municipality of Íquira, the Police captured a subject who had 23 kilos of marijuana in his possession. According to the authorities’ report, this narcotic would have a value of 4 million pesos.
“The control plans carried out by the police in Huila with the support of the National Army, gave a very positive result in the last hours on the road that leads from Iquira to Valencia de la Paz with the seizure of 23 kilograms of marijuana”indicates the Police report.
“The hallucinogen valued at $4 million pesos was transported by a subject aboard a motorcycle inside some baskets stating that he was transporting food when in reality it was marijuana,” complements the institution’s statement.
This operation was possible thanks to the work coordinated with the Pigoanza Battalion of the National Army.
