ROME (ITALPRESS) – Jorge Martin (Ducati Prima Pramac) won the Sprint Race of the Indonesian MotoGP Grand Prix, staged in Mandalika. Second position for Luca Marini (Ducati Mooney), followed by teammate Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati Mooney), third. Fourth place for the Aprilia of Maverick Vinales, fifth Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha), sixth Fabio Di Giannantonio, seventh Enea Bastianini, who preceded his teammate, the reigning world champion Pecco Bagnaia (Ducati), who started from 13th place, the same one he will occupy tomorrow at the start of the GP. Australian Miller (Ktm) was ninth, Oliveira was tenth with Aprilia.
With today’s victory Jorge Martin, his fourth success in a row in the Sprint Race, has jumped to the top of the MotoGP standings. For him, at 328, he is now seven points ahead of Bagnaia and 56 over Bezzecchi.
Ducati has mathematically won the 2023 constructors’ championship.
