You look after the general meeting of our company in all legal matters of merger control and demanding corporate and group law issues
In both state exams at least upper satisfactory Well-founded professional experience in an industrial company or as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in commercial law Willingness to be admitted as an in-house lawyer (lawyer) Enjoying challenging legal issues High level of independence and at the same time strong team orientation Confident appearance and persuasiveness Business fluent English language skills
