As the trade association of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, the largest banking finance group in Baden-Württemberg, we work closely with our member savings banks in Baden-Württemberg and the affiliated companies Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Landesbausparkasse and SV SparkassenVersicherung. Within this group, the Savings Banks Association has important control and advisory functions.
The following position is to be filled in our legal department:
In-house lawyer (lawyer) insolvency law (m / f / d)
Your tasks
- Contact person for our savings banks for the topics of mortgage liens, foreclosures, insolvency law (primarily corporate insolvencies) and all legal questions of payment law
- Conception, implementation and further development of support services in connection with legal issues
- Creation of topic-specific circulars
- Monitoring and following the development of case law and legislation
- Conception and implementation of specialist events in cooperation with the Sparkassenakademie
your profile
- The prerequisites for this task are a completed law degree and qualification for judicial office.
- Ideally, you already have in-depth practical experience in the aforementioned legal subject areas.
- You are able to prepare complex issues for your contact in a structured manner and to formulate them in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
- We expect the ability to do independent conceptual work and collegial teamwork as well as communication skills and a high level of social competence.
