The “bet bet” group continues to celebrate 30 years on stage with an ambitious series of concerts. Already this Saturday, July 22, the group will give a concert at the open-air stage “Ozolāji” in Kandava, where the group’s new “Jubilee selection” will be presented, which collects the best-known songs from the group’s golden repertoire.
The anniversary selection includes 20 songs, including “My Sweet Girl”, “The Day”, “I Don’t Love You”, “Who Would’ve Thought”, “Evening Wind”, “Early Morning”, “I Don’t Care”, “Why I Don’t Have red Mercedes”, “Mēmā dziezma”, “Let’s start all over again”, “Summer will never end” etc. The sound processing of the songs was created by the producer Gints Stankevičs, and the author of the album design is the long-time artist of the group, Guntars Ošinek.
The newest of the songs included in the album is “The right place, the right time”, written in collaboration with the well-known Hollywood film composer Lolita Ritmani. Currently, there are several more Lolita songs in the studio, which are planned to be completed already in the fall of this year.
