COURTYARD. Guest chef Gerhard Fuchs (Tourismusschulen Semmering) creates a five-course tasting menu with the kitchen brigade of the Jautschnig country inn. In addition, grape juice from the Proell (Radlbrunn) and Hummel (Niederschleinz) wineries is served. Music professional Hans Czettel contributes decent sounds.
