According to the French press, around 50 people attended the funeral in the chapel, which is part of the actor’s estate La Brûlerie, who had to hand over their mobile phones. These were well-known actors or people from the film industry, the participation of politicians was minimal, reports BFM TV.

Delon was buried in the grounds of his estate next to his dogs, AFP reported, saying the procedure required special permission from the authorities. Authorities have also banned drones from flying over Delon’s homestead. A hundred police officers were monitoring the order in the area.
