Almost 30% of French service stations suffer from fuel shortages due to a strike by employees of three refineries.
“About 30% of service stations faced shortages of at least one type of fuel (29.7%) due to the closure of oil refineries due to a strike by TotalEnergies and ExxonMobil employees”, – reports the BFMTV channel with reference to the Ministry of Energy Transformations of France.
The day before, employees of three TotalEnergies and ExxonMobil refineries announced the continuation of the strikes. They ask, for example, to increase wages by 10% and index them to inflation.
Workers of the refinery near Le Havre, in the municipalities of Feyzin and Donge, Chateauneuf-le-Martigues, go on strike. They were supported by the employees of the Grandpuy depot.
