The awarding of medals and diplomas took place in the prestigious setting of the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. Elisa Levasseur went there with her parents. “We were 344 winners. The theater was full. There were too many of us to make a speech but it was still impressive”explains the Best apprentice in France 2021.

The young florist pulled out all the stops by offering original and technical creations during the 6 tests she had to pass. One of the creations that caused a stir is his artistic composition around the theme of the rose window of Chartres Cathedral. She was able to benefit from the help of her father and her boss and the advice of her “guardian” Laura Séjourné, the owner of aux Fleurs de l’Ô
“I was able to express my tastes and my personality. I put a lot of effort into keeping my finishes clean. It earns points”explains Elisa, who mentions ” his pride “ for this recognition which is “rewarding on the CV”.
