In recent months, it has caused great outrage that Microsoft has banned Windows 11 from running on a large number of processors. Then came confusing explanations, which didn’t help the situation.
According to official support documents, Windows 11 requires at least a 2-core, 1 GHz processor. Unfortunately, however, most of the seventh-generation Intel Core CPUs were excluded, as were the first-generation AMD Ryzen chips.
