The three defendants are already detained in this case. The investigation began in mid-June, after an anonymous information received by the research brigade of the gendarmerie, in Châteaudun. The indicator information targets Jawad Zemmouri, a 29-year-old father.
According to intelligence, this Dunois would be involved in hard drug trafficking. The informant indicates that the suspect would travel aboard a blue-colored Clio and, sometimes, in a Modus belonging to his wife. It also communicates the number of the telephone line which would be used for traffic.
The gendarmes of the research brigade tapped the telephone line and put a geolocation beacon on the car. They find that the phone line is used by many people known to be drug addicts.

Over the course of the calls, they are also interested in Jean-Michel Savignard, 41, a resident of the new town of Arrou. “Zemmouri appears to supply narcotics on credit to Savignard,” they note in their report.
Judging by one of the telephone communications intercepted by the gendarmes, Jean-Michel Savignard would have a debt to Jawad Zemmouri. “On the Koran, you are going to spit out the € 900”, Jawad Zemmouri reportedly blurted out.

Despite the many messages exchanged with consumers who asked for “brown, white” or, to a lesser extent, “beadle”, suggesting trafficking in heroin (brown), cocaine (white) and cannabis resin (beadle), the two men minimize their involvement in trafficking.
Jean-Michel Savignard explains that he was mainly a heroin user. He admits all the same, lip service, to have occasionally engaged in resale. Jawad Zemmouri who, throughout the investigation, had denied being involved in trafficking, took a step forward during his trial. He recognizes “a small traffic”.

He took the opportunity to settle accounts with Jean-Michel Savignard who, during the investigation, allegedly implicated him. “The real truth is that there is only a lie. Between him and me, there is someone else, but he will never talk about it! I was just an intermediary, ”he says, acknowledging a few transactions.
A third man, a 40-year-old resident of Moléans, also fell into the nets of the gendarmes during the investigation. Investigators discovered 772 grams of herbal cannabis in his home and a large stalk of the same plant. “I have never sold either cocaine or heroin,” he assures the judges. “I am only a consumer. I bought some from Zemmouri. He’s the only one to sell in the area. “
As for the herbal cannabis found at his home, he swears that it was only intended for his personal consumption. He is sentenced to six months in prison, which he will carry out, equipped with an electronic bracelet, in the form of house arrest.
Jean-Michel Savignard and Jawad Zemmouri are each sentenced to two years in prison, with continued detention.
Jean-Michel Savignard, on his release from prison, is prohibited from staying in Eure-et-Loir.
