In addition, separatists continue to obstruct the mission. An OSCE long-range drone was jammed when it flew over non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine – Sorokino (43 km southeast of Luhansk) and Yasnoe (30 km south of Donetsk).
“The aforementioned facts indicate that representatives of the illegal armed formations of the Russian Federation continue to demonstrate unwillingness to fulfill the agreements reached earlier,” it was said in the message.
Earlier today the separatists fired at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from mortars… Since the beginning of the day, the separatists have violated the silence regime five times. The Ukrainian military returned fire.
