They are called A2ROO in Dijon, VéloConnect in Besançon and Kooklof! in Strasbourg. These three bicycle delivery cooperatives are taking the opposite view of the Uber Eats or Deliveroo global platforms. They are first differentiated by the salaried position of their delivery men. The CoopCycle federation to which they belong, gives them access to software for managing orders and deliveries, the license of which is reserved for companies in the social and solidarity economy.
