The Central Administration for Training of Youth Projects at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the “General Administration for Training”, in cooperation with the United Nations Fund and the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Damietta, organized a seminar on awareness of reproductive health in safe space, at the New Damietta Youth Center.
A number of Syrian refugee women as well as Egyptian citizens participated in the symposium’s activities, and it dealt with the axes of raising awareness of the concepts of development and reproductive health, and introducing laws that support women.
Earlier, the Directorate launched the training program to raise awareness of women’s health under the slogan “You are life” in the main hall of the Directorate of Youth and Sports.
The program aims to support health awareness of women in Egyptian society, and the state’s efforts to advance women’s health, psychological and physical programs.
The program also discusses the warning signs of cancer, how to protect it, and how to deal with oncology patients and early detection.
