Laurent-Michel David (photo) will be present on Friday, in Chartres (R-3), where he will delegate two owners. He delivered his impressions of it to our journalist Stéphane Davy :
“INDULGENT (404) proved to be wrong at the start, last time in Graignes. The #1 behind the autostart wasn’t a good thing for her. Also, at times, I try to leave the other horses behind. She tends to exaggerate. She would definitely have preferred a bigger ring but she would have had to fit. In condition, she is perfect. I was afraid of being eliminated in this race but the lot has grown. It’s a big race for her. If she is wise, she has the right to stand on the podium.
Haddock DES CHAMPS (603) he had done well this summer at Pornichet, but he is more of an effective horse on grass. Here he will do his best, hoping for a small allowance. Then after this race I plan to ground him for a future grass campaign in the spring.”
