He chose neither Emmanuel Macron nor Marine Le Pen but… Karim Benzema. In office no. 1 in Bron, the hometown of the tricolor striker, a resident voted for “KB9” this Sunday, April 24. This is the nickname of the Madrid striker.
Zelensky, like in the first round
Each election has its “unusual”, its astonishing and sometimes funny ballots. As in the first round, some voters decided not to commit themselves to this or that candidate. They preferred to make their own ballot themselves, which will be part of the contingent of invalid votes (see elsewhere).

What is a null vote?
This is a vote where the ballots or envelopes have been altered (erasures, writings, drawings, etc.) or are non-regulatory (not the right size or the right color, etc.).
During the first round, on April 10, 0.69% of the votes were invalid (i.e. 247,151 ballots out of 35,923,707).
