During her visit to Switzerland, the American Under-Secretary of State Wendy Sherman does not only negotiate with her Russian counterpart Sergei Ryabkov as part of the strategic dialogue that Presidents Biden and Putin decided to restore during their Geneva summit in last june. She will also lead a dialogue on the strategic partnership between Switzerland and the United States this Friday in Bern with Secretary of State Livia Leu.
