The reviews so far are not many but really happy (Opencritic), and just over 200 players give it the thumbs up (Steam). Bear and Breakfast to PC and Switch, in other words, seems to be something good.
The premise is weird and simple. You are a bear who builds and runs a bed and breakfast in the big forest. It is described as a mix of an adventure and “relaxed” management, where you thus play a bear that “means well”. He and his friends come up with the brilliant idea of making a B&B out of an abandoned shed. However, it turns out that the story goes deeper than the entire forest…
I’m definitely sold. The management part looks reasonably deep and playful. The charm is warming. In addition to building a B&B, you have to keep the guests happy. The reputation in this industry is everything.
