The accusation of rape and harassment from Putri Candrawati by Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. Lo reveals Inspector Normal Ferdy Sambo of the investigation report (BAP).
In his BAP as reported by Detik News who launched CNN Indonesia Monday (05/09/2022) the episode of alleged harassment took put at Sambo’s residence in Magelang. Sambo admitted that he got the story right from Putri Candrawati.
Putri spoke with Sambo though she was in a private home in Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga, on July 8, 2022. Putri spoke with Sambo as before long as she arrived from Magelang.
“Brigadier Nofriansyah Joshua entered the room and forcibly opened the home and dedicated harassment and rape,” Sambo stated in the BAP.
Sambo’s confession was also disclosed through the ethics trial. Also, Sambo explained Putri experienced reacted but was turned down by Joshua. Sambo mentioned he was emotional following hearing his wife’s story.
At that time, Sambo then known as Bripka Ricky Rizal and informed what his spouse experienced stated. Sambo then claimed that he would inquire Joshua immediately for the truth of the matter. He asks Ricky to secure him.
Sambo claimed to check with for Bripka Ricky’s defense to anticipate Joshua’s resistance. At the time, Sambo said Brigadier Ricky was not prepared to guard himself.
However, Sambo’s assertion in his BAP was denied by Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, Joshua’s lawyer. He even termed the claim phony.
“That is not legitimate, it’s a hoax,” Kamaruddin said when asked for confirmation.
