Tijuana /
One alleged ‘hit man’ was shot down and another arrested, after they shot a man with whom they lived outside a mortuary where they watched over two young people in Tijuana.
It all started outside the Funeral Home “Baja California”, located on Fundadores Boulevard, about 200 meters from the Morelos Barracks, where President Andrés Manuel López Obrador gave his morning conference.
Around 1:00 p.m. it was reported that a man was shot at that place. According to witnesses, three people were drinking beer, when it happened the fight: uOne of the men shot another and then fled with an accomplice.
Municipal police arrived at the scene and chased the alleged attackers to Calle España, in the Colony Chub.
There, one of the men shot at the agents, who repelled the attack and wounded him, later capturing him along with his accomplice.
Red Cross paramedics assisted the injured man, but he died.
His accomplice, around 20 years old, was arrested and sent to the Public Ministry, as well as the firearm used by the aggressor.
