In Bagneux, two “districts of the future” for more diversity

The departmental councilors voted unanimously for the investment grants allocated to two urban renewal projects in the commune of Bagneux. This financial support, which amounts to €12.8 million, will contribute to the requalification of the Abbé Grégoire-Mirabeau and Pierre Plate districts, both on the list of priority districts for the city (QPV). These territories meet the criteria of the departmental system “District of the future – Hauts-de-Seine”, initiated in 2021 to support the interventions of the National Agency for Urban Renewal (Anru) or to support major municipal projects. ” Soon, we should receive a file concerning a project in Gennevilliers and another in Nanterreunderlined President Georges Siffredi. Asnières, Clichy and other towns are also interested ».

A budget of €150 million is dedicated to this approach to reducing territorial imbalances, which takes the form of an ambitious strategy for the rehabilitation and construction of real estate, combined with the modernization of public facilities and the replacement of street furniture. The objective is to initiate a dynamic of attractiveness for these territories and to increase social diversity there. At La Pierre Plate, the Department will contribute to the creation of multi-purpose equipment to the tune of €6 million, or 65% of the total cost of the project. This new building will house the Jacques-Prévert social and cultural center, but also music studios, a digital center and an annex to the town hall. In the Abbé Grégoire-Mirabeau district, the county council will finance the development of soft and landscaped paths along the RER, the creation of an urban park integrating a city stadium or the energy renovation of several dozen social housing units.

Still in terms of support for the Alto-Séquanaise municipalities, the assembly voted in favor of the renewal of five development contracts, linking the Department to the towns of Marnes-la-Coquette, Bagneux, Colombes, Vanves and Boulogne-Billancourt, for a total amount of €38 million.
