The Viedmense lawyer Ignacio Galiano was involved, once again, in a case for scams in La Plata and was at the disposal of the Buenos Aires Justice after yesterday he turned himself in at the headquarters of the District Investigations Directorate (DDI) in the Buenos Aires capital.

According to the newspaper Al Día of that city, Galiano would have charged 50,000 pesos to the wife of a detainee whom he would have said he represented when in fact he was a client of Darío Saldaño, a former lawyer from Viedmense when he had a legal conflict with the actor Claudio Morgado.
The case began when a lawyer denounced Galiano for this maneuver and it fell to the prosecutor’s office in charge of Martín Almirón who requested the arrest before the Court of Guarantees No. 2 and was specified when the accused appeared spontaneously at the DDI in La Plata.
In the investigation of the case it is stated that the lawyer “He came to present false writings before the court of Marcela Garmendia requesting the release of the detainee.”
