Teachers’ organizations are urging the authorities to allow a third dose of coronavirus vaccines.

The two teachers’ organizations also want regular testing for the infection – at least twice a week for all students, teachers, administrative and support staff in educational institutions. There should be quarantine of all contact persons found through regular testing, and when the incidence reaches 300 per 100,000 to move to distance learning in an electronic environment – all students from 1st to 12th grade.
The letter also says that the teams of “Teachers for Safe Education” and “United Teachers for Safe Education” are very worried about the drastic increase in the 14-day morbidity, as well as the large number of infected children before the start of the new school year 2021 / 2022.
