One that is recommended is vitamin D which is also said to reduce the risk of severity Covid-19.

It has anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory properties, and is essential for the activation of the immune system defenses.
Its anti-inflammatory properties can also prevent the inflammation that occurs in common respiratory infections.
Vitamin D is also known to enhance the function of immune cells, including T cells and macrophages, which protect the body from pathogens
Unfortunately, many people are found to be deficient in vitamin D intake in their bodies.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin D is 400 IU for children up to 1 year of age.
600 IU for ages 1 to 70 years, and 800 IU for 70 years and older.

Higher levels may be needed if you are sick, and it is no longer a supplement but vitamin D therapy.
