In addition, it will rejuvenate: A vitamin that will protect against cancer and heart attack – advice from an immunologist

This vitamin is available to everyone

This miraculous savior is vitamin B6. It will reduce the risk of heart attack and certain types of cancer. It is better to take it in the morning with food. And remember the rule: it is perfectly compatible with vitamins B12, B5 and B9, but you should not drink it together with B1.

These and other nuances of using B6 were revealed to Doctor Peter by immunologist Elena Grek.

She said that the most useful form of this substance is pyridoxal phosphate. It participates in metabolic reactions and helps break down nutrients entering the body. Its effect transforms proteins into amino acid complexes, on which all body systems depend.

Vitamin B6 is involved in the processes of cellular renewal of the body – regenerates tissue, moisturizes the skin, in other words, slows down aging. It is also involved in the production of serotonin, the “happiness hormone,” and maintains estrogen levels, which alleviates symptoms during menopause.

It is also involved in the delivery of oxygen to organs, produces red blood cells, and controls the level of homocysteine, which in large quantities destroys the heart and blood vessels. Thus, B6 protects against heart attacks.

According to Elena Grek, B6 reduces the risk of developing breast, ovarian, colon and small intestine cancer.

Vitamin B6 is common and is found in everyday human food. Please note that your diet includes small quantities of potatoes, grains, spinach, legumes, carrots, walnuts, hazelnuts, and spinach. Lemons, tomatoes, bananas, cauliflower, and cherries are also rich in this vitamin.

Previously, we told you that it is not healthy for older people to eat.
