Even in recent days, Canalis had shown some glimpses of his “winter” which is almost upon us. In fact, in recent months Eli has returned to Italy. She first spent the summer in her beloved Sardinia, then flew to Milan for professional reasons. In all this time, Canalis shuttled between Italy and the United States, a decidedly burdensome commitment, often accompanied by her daughter and sometimes also reached by her husband Brian Perri.
