In its publication, Egyptian Health also noted the need to stay away from the unhealthy fats found in hydrogenated oils with unnatural ghee, fast food, fried food, baked goods, and ready-made desserts.

The reason is that these fats cause obesity, high blood fat levels, heart disease and liver fat.

And the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population advised its followers, saying, “Fats in general are high in calories, whatever their source, and should be consumed in moderation and choose the healthy one.”
