The medical union in Puerto Rico is still in mourning, Dr. Víctor Ramos, president of the College of Surgeons of Puerto Rico reported through his social networks in the last hours that the COVID-19 He took the life of another Puerto Rican doctor: Dr. Raul Rubio, a family and emergency physician with clinical practice at the Metropolitan Hospital in Guaynabo.
He notified them that despite all the efforts, Dr. Rubio has just passed away, which I have confirmed. Solidarity with his family the fifth doctor who died from COVID19.

In less than 48 hours, the coronavirus has claimed the lives of two doctors in Puerto Rico. On Tuesday, Dr. Abelardo Vargas passed away after undergoing mechanical ventilation.
In the most recent report from the Puerto Rico Department of Health, 10,279 positive cases and 14,167 probable cases are confirmed. The death toll from COVID-.19 rose to 306.
The Journal of Medicine and Public Health (MSP) extends its solidarity with those close to these Puerto Rican doctors and praises the prominent clinical practice of the two.
