Bern, April 12, 2022 – Foreign trade between Switzerland and the USA is booming. Exports have tripled in the last twenty years and reached their current high of CHF 47 billion in 2021. At the same time, the USA ousted Germany from its position as the most important export market for the first time in 70 years.
