2020 was a challenging year for Savia Salud. The EPS left behind the specter of liquidation and last year generated profits of over 180 billion pesos. The debt with its service provider network decreased by 210 billion.
Regarding health care, the entity performed 124 corneal transplants, implemented the RIAS Health Care Routes for users with hemophilia, HIV, breast cancer and kidney diseases. To date, every day 300 users are monitored at home.
Savia Salud is already present in 4 more municipalities. In other words, the EPS serves the population of 120 towns in Antioquia.
