*Reiterate the importance of continuing preventive actions against acute respiratory diseases
ACAPULCO, Gro., January 20, 2023.- The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in Guerrero participated in the vaccination day for the first and second dose and the first and second booster against Covid 19 for people over 18 years of age.
According to a bulletin, from January 17 to 20, Social Security workers installed itinerant modules in Family Medicine Units (UMF) No. 2, 26 and 29 for the general population, indicated the person in charge of the Nursing Coordination in Public Health in the state, María del Carmen Flores Bello.
The specialist nurse reiterated the importance of continuing with preventive actions against acute respiratory diseases, including Covid 19, such as the correct use of face masks, hand washing or disinfection, etiquette coughing and sneezing, and healthy distance.
