Talking about activity, nothing but activity, is the purpose of “work discussion spaces”, the EDT. The system, the development of which is encouraged in the Public Service Occupational Health Plan 2022-2025, aims to improve the quality of life at work and the conditions for achieving it.
The EDTs complement other methods of exchange such as social dialogue bodies, project monitoring and service meetings, co-development groups, etc. “We began testing the EDTs at the end of 2022, with the support of ‘a service provider, for our service managers. We saw them as one more way, alongside other support tools such as individual coaching or co-development, to improve our professional practices,” says Jean-Baptiste Clerc, general director of services (DGS) of Blagnac ( 26,100 inhabitants, 900 agents, Haute-Garonne).
