The Beirut port explosion was a shock to the Fabric aid social company team, after its employees were injured and its store in Gemmayzeh was destroyed. From here, the company decided to adopt permanent psychotherapists within it to provide psychological support for free to all its employees, and this step is still valid today. An interview with the founder and general manager of Fabric aid to talk about the importance of improving employee mental health in the work environment, and the need to raise awareness among other Lebanese companies in Lebanon about this matter because of its positive impact on the company.
