The answer is no, as soon as you will have winter wheels and have paid Norwegian taxes, the price will be close to NOK 460,000, without a shred of extra equipment options. It is also not possible to upgrade the Tesla Model 3 to the stated prices, on the contrary, it will be almost 50,000 more expensive with winter tires and taxes than stated.
