The highly anticipated Baldur’s Gate III is out today on PC. Running advised players to remove mods and early saves before release, and to make a few more important stepsto accurately avoid potential problems.
The full instruction looks like this:
delete all existing saves. It is recommended to do this through deleting the campaign in the main menu to remove everything from both the computer and the cloud; delete the early access version of the game. Larian emphasized that having it on a computer will not speed up the download of the full version (recall, you will have to install about 122 GB) and can lead to various problems; remove all mods and third-party programs that may start automatic loading of mods; install Baldur’s Gate 3 on an SSD. It is better to have more free space on the disk than is necessary; install the latest video card drivers; in case of additional questions or problems, please refer to the FAQ, which will be available in the launcher.

Recall that before the PlayStation 5 Baldur’s Gate 3 will only get on September 6, and the Xbox version may be delayed until next year.
