The cost of dispatch will depend on the size, weight and units of the products purchased, the chosen delivery method and the selected region/community of destination, which is informed at the time of finalizing the purchase.
Delivery times are not controlled by DICO and depend entirely on the transport company. The indicated shipping period starts from the moment the order is delivered from our offices to the carrier, not from the purchase.
STORE WITHDRAWALS
There is the possibility of withdrawing the orders in our offices. The location, hours and conditions for the withdrawal are specified when choosing this option and are also attached to the confirmation email when the withdrawal is prepared.
In the case of requesting the in-person pick-up option at our offices, the customer will have 30 days to show up and pick up the product, once they are informed that it is available for pick-up (status “pending store pick-up”).
After this period, the order is considered “abandoned” and the customer agrees to return ownership of the products purchased to DICO.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- In the case of products in the PRE-SALE category:
The customer can withdraw their purchase and request a full refund within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of purchase or until the pre-sale period has ended, whichever comes first. After this period and before 60 days of the purchase are completed, the customer can request a refund of 50% of the amount paid, this due to the administrative expenses associated with the purchase of the product in Korea. At the end of this period, you will no longer be able to request a refund.
- In the case of products in the LIMITED PRE-SALE category:
The customer has the right to withdraw their purchase and request a return within a maximum period of 10 days from the purchase or until the launch of the product in Korea, whichever comes first. After this period and before 60 days of the purchase are completed, the customer can request a refund of 50% of the amount paid, this due to the administrative expenses associated with the purchase of the product in Korea. The customer must attach their order reference ID to the message to request their return. The date of sending the message/email will count as the instance of the return request. By agreeing to make a return, the customer agrees to return ownership of the products purchased to DICO.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
The legal guarantee will apply exclusively in the following cases:
- The disc (cd) or album is scratched, cracked or damaged so that it cannot be used.
- The photo album or “Photobook” is scratched, torn or substantially damaged.
- For the cases of products that come incomplete, or with minor damages, the legal guarantee does not apply as they do not have damages that make them unfit for the use for which they were intended.
For the cases of products that come incomplete, damage to their outer box/cover or with minor damage, as well as in case of lack of items that do not correspond to the CD (disc) or lightstick, such as photocards, postcards, stickers, posters inside, etc. The legal guarantee does not apply as there are no damages that make it unfit for the use for which they were intended.
The pre-sale benefits are NOT covered by the guarantee, so any damage or lack of these will not allow the return or replacement due to the guarantee.
In these cases it is possible to generate an informative report to the product factory or agency, however, this does not mean a replacement of the item by them or DICO, since these are not sold separately and are attached to the same album or corresponding product

For the process of exchanging or returning a product due to damage or defects, a video will be necessary from the moment you begin to unpack your product, both for orders with shipping, or in-person pickup.

In order to request the use of legal guarantee, changes of products damaged from the factory, during transport, or lack of content inside it, the client must contact DICO at [email protected].
This message must include the following information:
- order reference ID
- Recording of a video opening the package received by the carrier, including all its packaging; this to be transparent and verify that the order arrived in such conditions or with such missing items.
