This weekend, Citadele will make improvements to its IT systems and invites all payments to be made today, the bank’s representatives inform.
In order to further modernize Citadele’s IT systems, this weekend – from August 14 to August 15 at 12.00 – customers will not have access to payments in the Internet bank and mobile application.
Citadele invites customers to make payments today by 17.00, as well as to get acquainted with the report prepared by the bank on the availability of services during the improvements.
• From 14 August at 00.00 to 15 August at At 12.00, customers will not have access to payments in the Internet bank and mobile app.
• Branches will work according to working hours, but they will not be able to make payments there either.
• Payment cards and ATMs are expected to work in normal mode.
Payment cards and ATMs will work
• For your convenience, both payment card payments and ATM services will be available. Their performance is not expected to be affected during IT system upgrades.
• During the upgrades, payment for purchases in e-shops with Internet banking will not be available, but it will be possible to make payments by card by entering the card data.
We urge you to make all urgent payments on time
• Payments between customer accounts and to other bank accounts will not be available during this time, including payments via Internet banking and mobile app. If the customer has a monthly payment, the term of which is August 14 to 15, the bank invites to pay the invoice in time – by August 13 at 17.00.
• Flash payments will not be available during the specified time interval – neither incoming nor outgoing flash payments will be accepted during this time.
• Incoming payment processing will resume from August 15 at 12.00.
Internet banking and mobile app
• Both the mobile application and the Internet bank will be available to customers, but they will not be able to make payments and make credits. Other features will not be available or will be limited.
• Card transactions made during the upgrade may be fully reflected in customer accounts after the upgrade is completed.
Online services
• Online services, such as remote home loan application, will be available, but applications will be considered once improvements have been made.
• Citadele Business Portal will not be available during upgrades.
Branch and remote customer service
• Branches in shopping centers will be open during their normal business hours to provide advice and answer customer questions, however, operations with banking systems (payments, account opening, etc.) will not be available until the improvement process is completed.
• During upgrades, remote call center service will be available 24 hours a day to help customers resolve any concerns.
