More specifically, it concerns:
– 2B Funding Group from Genk, a limited partnership that was summoned to bankruptcy by the Belgian State.
– Yves Vandenreyt (catering business ‘t Smisje) in Oudsbergen.
The trustees of the first bankruptcy are Hermans and Wirix, those of the second are Vanbergen and Banken.
